Made in His image and likeness.

Jesus often used stories (parables) to convey a message.

God is the ultimate creative. His creative genius exists all around us.

Storyteller

The Challenge

To create and share stories that are medicine for the mind, healing for the heart, strength for the spirit, and a balm for the body.

The Cause

The intersectionality of my identity and experiences as a Black, Jamaican-American, immigrant Christian woman coupled with the devaluation and underfunding of the cultural and creative arts in African Diasporic nations drive me to create stories that amplify the voices and stories of the communities I identify with.

The Call

To continuously engage the artistic and creative self by sharing my gift of storytelling inspired by the philosophy of moving images and language as a tool, to shape a better world.

Wanda Bryce is a highly imaginative writer who is not afraid to reveal her innermost emotions. She is known for structuring those expressions of feeling in an elegant and highly intellectual fashion. Her storytelling taps into the beautifully flawed human experiences of learning, living, healing, and becoming.

- Terry Quinn, Novelist & Playwright

A media studies scholar and a spirited writer, Wanda is equally passionate about media practice and exploring hands-on image creation and video. Understanding the intersection of social justice and media practice and theory: the lens of social relevance and representation is a red thread in all her work - going back to her involvement in Jamaican cultural and creative arts and continuing to her graduate study subjects and career plans.

Wanda is strategically focused on her work, so excellent in her follow through, an independent thinker, resourceful in forging her path to becoming a leader in her Jamaican film community, and an ambassador for women of color working in and being represented by mass media

- Mechthild Schmidt-Feist, Digital Communications and Media Practitioner
